I knew full spoilers before I opened this, but it’s always more fun to see everything in person. Plus since FFF sent me this box, I was not sure what variations I would receive!
The fabfitfun insert is more of a mini-magazine than an information card. It has articles, interviews, etc. The Fall 2018 fabfitfun box included the following items:
~Vince Camuto x FabFitFun Luck Tote (Black or Brown) ($128): This is even better in person than it looked online – with one exception. Mine had a slight imperfection on the front seam. It is not horrible by any means, but I cannot stop looking at it. LOL! This tote is the perfect size for your laptop, planner (yes, I use a paper planner), a few snacks and has an interior pocket for your cell phone, lip balm, key, etc. It is made from a vegan leather and wipes clean! Subscribers will receive either: Vince Camuto x FabFitFun Luck Tote (Black or Brown) ($128) or Crown Brush 6 Piece Brush Set ($75).
~Alfred Coffee Press ($22): How cute is this? We have a French Press, but it is not as cute as this one. Not even close. Tip: Use this with filtered water at 200F for best results. Subscribers will receive either: Alfred Tea Pot ($26) or Alfred Coffee Press ($22).
~CYLO Cobra Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds (Black or White) ($40): I am always losing headphones, so these are great! I have the apple airpods (which I LOVE), but these are ideal for traveling. They stayed in my ears nicely and felt very comfortable. I am no expert (not even close), but I thought the sound quality was great! Subscribers will receive either: CYLO Cobra Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds (Black or White) ($40) or Catherine Malandrino Umbrella (Red Floral or Black/White Floral) ($39.99).:
~Grown Alchemist Polishing Facial Exfoliant: Pink Grapefruit & Glucomannan Extract ($67): This is a new-to-me brand and not one we see in subscription boxes. At least not one we often see. I received the polishing facial exfoliant, which removes dry skin and dead skin cells, while also nourishing and cleansing skin. It is not harsh and is suitable for daily use. Subscribers will receive either: Grown Alchemist Polishing Facial Exfoliant: Pink Grapefruit & Glucomannan Extract ($67), Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream: Camellia & Geranium Blossom ($49) or Grown Alchemist Hydra-Restore Cream Cleanser: Olive Leaf & Plantago Extract ($49).
~Farmacy Dew It All Total Eye Cream ($38): This was the variation I was hoping for! Farmacy is one of my favorite brands and I am always thrilled to receive products that will help with fine lines and dark circles. This felt very soothing on and while my lines are still there, I am hopeful the longer I use this, the less I will see of them. Subscribers will receive either: Farmacy Dew It All Total Eye Cream ($38), Touch in Sol Metallist Liquid Foil Lipstick Duo in Penny ($25) or Cuccio Somatology Yogahhh! Detox Bath ($39.95).
~Skin & Co Roma Blue in Capri ($22): Smells so good! It is a blend of Alpine Rose, Sage, Wild Basil & Autumn Blossom. I absolutely cannot get enough. If this is what Capri smells like, I must go at once!
~Simply Whimsical Tea Towels ($14.99): I can always use more tea towels. The gray is a perfect neutral and with this fun, but not too bold pattern, you will want to keep these on display and not hidden away in your kitchen drawer.
~BeautyBlender Classic ($20): Who doesn’t love Beauty Blenders? They help you blend color evenly and are so easy to use (and clean). Just wet before use (squeeze out excess moisture) and you are on your way.
~GlamGlow Bubble Sheet Masks ($18): Can we get GlamGlow in every subscription box? I will never tire of this brand! These may just be the most fun mask I have ever tried. They are bubbly and tingly and did a great job cleaning out my pores. My skin was glowing!
~Sponsored Item: LUNA Rica Bar (Salted Caramel Nut): Sponsored items are bonus items and do not count towards the value of the box. I know not everyone loves sponsored items (I think they feel like it lessens the fanciness of the box maybe?), but I am always thrilled to get them!
All totaled my Fall 2018 fabfitfun box had a value of $369.99. Incredible to say the least! As usual, I am blown away by this box and the products inside. If you are new to FFF and have been wanting to try them, this box is a great place to start!
