Birchbox offers 4-6 (sometimes more) hand-picked beauty and lifestyle samples, delivered to your door each month. I have been subscribing to Birchbox for over five years now and would say they are one of the most (maybe the most) well-known subscription boxes out there. They are certainly one of the longest lasting boxes.

My August 2018 Birchbox included the following items:
~OUAI Wave Spray (1oz) ($5.20): My sample choice item this month! The OUAI Wave Spray gives me similar results to a sea salt spray but doesn’t seem to be as drying. It has a fabulous white musk scent and gave my hair great soft texture.
~Borghese Advanced Fango Active Mud Mask (0.5oz) ($8.89): This mask draws out dirt, oils, and impurities from deep down inside pores without stripping. It fairly thick, so I find that it is easiest to wash it off in the shower.
~Winky Lux Disco Gloss (Groovy) ($5): Fun! Yes, this is green in the tube, but it has a pH-adjusting formula that transforms your lips into a rosy hue.
~Beautaniq Beauty Fill + Tame Brow Gel (full-size) ($12): For the price, I was pretty impressed with this! It kept my brows in place and didn’t leave me looking like I was trying too hard.
~Erno Laszlo Multi-Task Eye Serum Mask ($5.83): These masks are designed to fight dark circles, dryness, and puffiness. I didn’t see any improvement on dark circles, but my eyes weren’t as puffy and just looked brighter after using this.
All totaled I came up with a value of $36.92 for my August 2018 Birchbox. I really enjoyed this month’s selection of products and that the value was outstanding.
