~Good morning! It’s been a wild few weeks, but first things first. Today my anniversary! Well, mine and B’s. Happy 12 years to us!

~Next up, where have I been? I am not sure I have ever mentioned it, but B and I have a rental property. It’s actually the condo I lived in before I met B and then we lived there for a few years together. Anyway, after 10 years of renting it out (to the same tenant) it’s time to sell. She moved out at the beginning of September (that’s an entire story in itself) and when we went in there we realized we had quite a mess on our hands. So we’ve been cleaning (including getting the smell out) and pulling up carpet and flooring, tearing off baseboards, painting, you name it.  The end is near and I feel like we only have another week or two at most of this before we can list it.  I cannot wait!!

~School is going well for the boys.  They won’t admit it, but I think they are just as happy to be back into a routine as I am!  Their teachers are fantastic and I think it’s going to be a fabulous year!
