Sleek Treat Review - August 2018

The August 2018 Sleek Treat included the following items:

~NUSH Foods Banana Nut Cake: I loved this.  It is banana bread, but without the sugar and carbs.  No funny aftertaste and it was very satisfying!

~Stoka Nutrition Vanilla Almond Bar: These were a bit of a miss for me.  They have 4g Net Carbs, 9g Protein, 5g Fiber and are Keto, Paleo and Low Glycenic inspired.  I just didn’t love the taste.  If I followed a Keto diet (or similiar), I may feel differently I suppose?
~Sencha Green Tea Mints: These are yummy!  I don’t even like green tea and I like these, so that is saying something.

~Fat Snax Cookies Lemony Lemon:  Fat Snax cookies are high in healthy fats, low in carbohydrates, ketosis-friendly, and free of sugar and gluten.  They are also super tasty.  Lemon cookies just don’t get the credit they deserve.  I LOVE them!

~Detour Simple Caramel Peanut Whey Protein Bar: This bar has 10g of protein, while also being gluten-free and non-GMO.  Unfortunately the texture was a miss for me.  The flavor was okay and it was very filling, but it wasn’t smooth enough for me if that makes sense.

~Shrewd Food Protein Crisps Baked Cheddar: These are high in protein and low in calories, fat, carbs and sugar.  They are actually super tasty too!  I am glad they didn’t send a bigger bag of these or they’d be GONE!
