The August 2018 SnackSack included the following items:

~Beanitos White Bean Chips with Nacho Cheese: Beanitos are all natural snack chips & puffs made from beans.  They are high in fiber and protein while also being gluten-free. I’m not saying these are as good as Doritos, but they are good.

~Belgian Boys De Liege Wafel: The best! These are made with 100% fresh dough instead of liquid batter and you can taste the difference. This is fluffy and just as good straight out of the package as it is warmed up.

~Unisoy Vegan Jerkly – Teriyaki Flavor: I’d like to say that this was just as good as traditional jerky, but my husband just wasn’t having it.  Of course, he is also used to “real” jerky, so it was a big change for him.

~GoL Bar (Chocolate Sea Salt & Maple Sea Salt): These bars are certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and Certified Gluten Free.  I enjoyed the Chocolate more than the Maple, but found them both to be very filling.

~Cassava Pops – Sea Salt: These have 70% less fat than traditional potato chips, but I didn’t feel like they sacrificed flavor at all.  They are also Wheat Free, Dairy Free, contain Nothing Artificial and have Zero Trans Fat.

~Appleways Bean and Veggie Crackers: Ohh, I loved these.  Wth some spoft, spreadable cheese they would have been poff the charts.  They are nut-free, made with all-natural flavors and have 0g of trans fat along with no preservatives.

~pizootz Blazing Buffalo Artisan Peanuts: Tons of flavor, but not “dusty” or messy. They are infused with natural flavors and have zero artificial ingredients.  I woud love to try other flavors!!

~Don’t Go Nuts Gorilla Power Granola Bar: These granola bars are nut-free and super tasty. The fact that they are nut-free is huge and I love that it says it right on the package.  My boys can’t bring snacks with nuts in them to school and the teachers don’t always have time to read the tiny print on the labels, so this is huge!

~Extraordinary Snack Co. Banana Not Bread: These are raw walnuts, marinated in banana puree and crisped to perfection. Best walnuts I have ever had by far!

~Popped Chickpeatos – Caramel Sea Salt: These are baked chickpea & green pea puff snacks. I am a huge fan, but my boys didn’t love them.  That is okay, more for me!
