BOXYCHARM ships via FedEx Smart Post (starts out with FedEx and is delivered by USPS) mid-month.

I had no idea what my variations were, so I was excited to dig in!

The October 2018 BOXYCHARM theme is “ALTER EGO” and included the following items:

~ Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick (Bow N Arrow) ($20): Bow N Arrow is described as a fawn nude.  It is a gorgeous shade, but I would prefer if it were a glossy lippie, instead of a matte. Not a huge problem though, I will just toss a clear glossy coat over the top.

~It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara($24): This is a fantastic mascara and I have tried it in the past and have had great results from it.  I have lash extensions current though, so I do not wear mascara right now.  I am sure whoever I pass this on to will be thrilled!

~Pur Cosmetics Midnight Masquerade Palette ($38): BOXY brings it again with another palette!  This one features four blushes and six eyeshadows.  And I think it has a little something for everyone.  A few bolder colors and a few neutrals.  All are highly pigmented, so apply with a light hand the first time you use this.

~Briogeo Don’t Despair Repair Strength + Moisture Leave-in Mask (2oz) ($14): Briogeo is a subscription box favorite.  I still appreciate getting their products because they make good stuff, but I am not overly excited about eeing them (just because we get them so frequently).  This is a spray-in mask that does not weigh your hair down, but still somehow repairs it.   My hair just looks better with this in, it looks shinier and just healthier overall.

~Dermovia Black Bamboo Charcoal Peel Off Mask ($30): This is such an interesting mask.  You apply the paste first and them put the lace sheet over it to hold it all in place.  I would not call this a gentle mask, but it was not intensly painful either.  My skin looked brighter for sure, but I am not sure this is something I would use on a regular basis either.  It just seemed like a production if that makes sense.

All totaled the October 2018 BOXYCHARM had a value of $126.  I have no idea how BOXYCHARM does it.  Month after month, they pack their boxes with high-quality products with an amazing value.
