ipsy Review - November 2018
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $10 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $10.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - November 2018
ipsy bags have a ton of variation, so they don’t include product details on their information card. If you happen to stumble on this review, don’t be surprised if you end up with an entirely different bag. Specific details on the items in your bag can be found in your ipsy account online. My November 2018 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~The Bag: The November bag is a deep blue with black hearts and gold hardware.  It has a gorgeous pink satin lining while the exterior is a pebbled faux leather.

~CIATÉ LONDON Mini Translucent Setting Powder in Hideout (1.5g) ($2.34): I actually received this in my September ipsy bag as well.  That bag was a replacement bag for my original bag which was lost in the mail, so I don’t think ipsy considers this to be a dupe.  Either way, it’s not a bad product, just not something I will use on a regular basis.

~TARTE Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush in Quirky (1.5g) ($7.77): Quirky is a coral shade.  A little of this goes a long way and it’s easily blendable with your fingers.  It looks better on me with a tan than without, so this will need to be mainly a summer product for me.

~PRETTY WOMAN Nail Polish in Wine with Ice, Garcon (10mL) ($7.99): Wine with Ice, Garcon is a “deep red pantone nail polish.”.  It’s an ideal shade for fall / winter and I always love getting polish in my ipsy.
ipsy Review - November 2018

~CAKE BEAUTY The Do Gooder Dry Shampoo (50mL) ($2.25): I have been using this more as a volumizing spray rather than a dry shampoo, but it seems to be doing the trick.  It actually smells a bit like cake (it’s described “warm vanilla, caramelized sugar, and a gorgeous hit of lemon”), which doesn’t hurt!
ipsy Review - November 2018

~PISTACHÉ SKINCARE Whipped Pistachio Body Butter (1oz) ($4.12): Another perfect for winter item.  It hasn’t been that cold here yet, but it’s coming!  The packaging on this is amazing too.  I will be able to get every last drop out!
ipsy Review - November 2018

All totaled my November 2018 ipsy had a value of about $24.  That’s fairly low for ipsy, but I still think it was worth the $10!
