I had no idea what my variations were, so I was excited to dig in!
The December 2018 BOXYCHARM theme is “TIS THE SEA-SUN” and included the following items:
~Wander Beauty Wanderess Dusk to Dawn Palette ($26): Shades in this spalette include Tuscan Sunrise, a satin neutral peach, Havana Nights, a satin dusty pink and City Lights, a shimmery champagne gold. All are gorgeous, very wearable and I LOVE the shimmer. These are buildable colors and have a ton of pigment, so use a light hand.
~Tarteist Glossy Lip Paint (Strike Gold) ($20): Finally a glossy, shimmery lippie! I love this! The color is fairly sheer, but it is so glossy and gorgeous. Plus is smells like cake!
~PYT Mini Straightener ($75): Ahh, this is the variation I was hoping NOT to get. Other than a hair dryer (which I try to use only a few times a week), I do not use any heat styling tools. That and the fact that my hair is long and super straight as it is. Hopefully I can find a friend who wants it, otherwise I will save it cae I get one of those cute short haircuts!
~Lucious Cosmetics Angel Eyes Primer ($14): This is a smooth, lightweight, and matte formula that creates the perfect canvas for long lasting eye makeup application. It makes sure your shadow stays in place and does not crease. It gets amazing reviews, so on the rare occasion that I do swear shadow, I will use it.
~Jonteblu Glttering Star Eyeliner ($5): Ahh, black eyeliner. I say it every time we get eyeliner in a box, but I could go the rest of my life without receiving another eyeliner and be just fine. I never wear eyeliner and do not see that changing anytime soon. I do think this glitter is fun though!
All totaled my December 2018 BOXYCHARM had a value of $140. I did not necessarily feel like it was a perfect fit for me, but the value was incredible and the box was well worth the cost!
