Cooper's Hawk 12 Nights of Christmas Advent Calendar Mini Review

I am not going to do a full review on this, but I thought I would share more details / pictures on the 2018 Cooper’s Hawk 12 Nights of Christmas Wine Advent Calendar. The calendar retailed for $99.99 and was available online and at Cooper’s Hawk locations in November. The box featured 7 Red Wines ‌• 3 White Wines • 2 Sparkling Wines (375mL/each).

Unboxing

Each of the 12 wines was enclosed in their own indiviual compartment and remained a surprise until opening it up each night.  We knew how many types of each wine were in the calendar (7 Red Wines ‌• 3 White Wines • 2 Sparkling Wines), but the exact wines were a mystery until we opened the doors.

The Wines

Night #1 – Almond Sparkling “Enjoy While Relaxing by a Warm Fire“.
The labels had a countdown tree on them and showcased which day of the calendar the wine pertained to.

In additon, each wine featured a nightly “activity” to do while enjoying your wine.  CUTE!!!!!

Night #2 – Pinot Noir “Enjoy On A Peaceful and Snowy Night“.

Night #3 – Cooper’s Hawk Red “Enjoy While Curled Up Under a Cozy Blanket“.

Night #4 – Cooper’s Hawk White “Enjoy After Building A Snowman“.

Night #5 – Barbera “Enjoy After A Day of Shopping“.

Night #6 – Chardonnay “Enjoy While Wearing a Snuggly Sweater”

Night #7 – Malbec “Enjoy With Close Friends and Family

Night #8 – Cooper’s Hawk Lux Cabernet Sauvignon “Enjoy While You Trim the Tree

Night #9 -Reisling “Enjoy After Hangings the Stockings With Care

Night #10 – Australia Shiraz “Enjoy While Wrapping Up Your Holiday Gifts

Night #11 – Night Jar “Enjoy After Checking Your List Twice

Night #12 – Blanc de Blanc “Enjoy While Waiting for Santa

Final Thoughts
We loved this calendar!  It works out to 6 full-size bottles of wine at $16.67/bottle.  For Cooper’s Hawk wine, that’s a pretty great deal.  We are members of their Wine Club and pay $19.99/month for a bottle of wine and most bottles are $22.99 or more online.  If they offer this next year, we will certainly get it again!
