ipsy Review - March 2019
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $10 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $10.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - March 2019
This month’s ipsy information card listed all of the products included in my bag. I love that ipsy is now doing this! My March 2019 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~TARTE Maneater Voluptuous Mascara (4.5mL) ($11.76): I am not sure why, but I received two Tarte mascara samples in my April ipsy.  It is a lengthening, curling and volumizing mascara and gets fabulous reviews.  I will be passing mine (both of them) along to a friend to enjoy because I have lash extensions and do not wear mascara.

~Royal & Langnickel Chique RoseGold Blush Brush (1.8mL) ($4): So pretty! This is a blush brush that applies just the right amount of blush to your face.  It is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.  The handle is more substantial than most brushes so it is nice and easy to hold.

~Ciate London Mini Lip Lustre (Kiss Me) (~$5): Kiss Me is a gorgeous light pink shimmery gloss.  It is not sticky, Paraben-free, Vegan Friendly and Gluten-free. In addition, to being SO PRETTY, it is also strawberry scented!

~PUR Afterglow Mini Highlighting Skin Perfecting Powder (0.09oz) ($2.93): This gives you just the right amount of glow.  It has reflective illuminating effects and gives you just the right amount of glow without being overwhelming.

~I DEW CARE Disco Kitten Illuminating Diamond Peel Off Mask (0.35oz) ($2.80): Ahh, I love a peel-off mask.  This one brightens by exfoliating skin, while the Diamond Powder boosts elasticity and removes impurities to illuminate lackluster skin.  Recommended use is 2x week, but it is so fun and effective I want to use it more (but I will not)!

~The Bag: and off she went to change the world.  At first, I was not sure about the electric blue trim on the rose gold bag, but it is growing on me.

ipsy Review - March 2019

All totaled I came up with a value of about $26 for my March 2019 ipsy.  Without that second mascara, the value would be closer to $20.  That is on the low side for ipsy and while I do like the individual products, I am not impressed with the bag as a while.  Hopefully, April is better!
