The 2019 Trader Joe’s Mystery Packs are in store now. They are $2.99/pack and contain 3 different reusable shopping bags. Bags may come from different areas around the country or specialty bags only available in the pack. You just don’t know until you open them!
In my store the bags at up near the registers hanging near the other reusable bags. If you can’t find them, ask at the desk and they should be able to let you know when more are coming to your location. Note – These are only available around the holiday season and are not carried any other time during the year at Trader Joe’s.
I received the following bags in my most recent (*) 2019 Trader Joe’s Mystery Pack:
~Ohio: My first bag was Ohio – The Buckeye State. It’s also the Birthplace of Aviation and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (which is shown on the side of the bag).
~South Carolina: I have only briefly visited South Carolina (I think I went for work once years and years ago), but I would not mind making a real trip there. This bag has a yellow gingham print and the Low County Boil depicted on the front is making me hungry!
~New Hampshire: My final bag was New Hampshire, which is a state I have yet to visit. The base of the bag has a recipe for a New Hampshire Maple Sundae which combines ice-cream, bacon, maple syrup and brown sugar among others things. Sounds delicious!
