I had no idea what my variations were (I was able to make my Choice selection this month though – I was not able to in April), so I was excited to dig in!
For some reason I didn’t get an information card this month, but my May 2020 “Mother Nature” BOXYCHARM included the following items:
~GlamGlow BerryGlow Probiotic Recovery Mask ($49): This was my May choice selection. It is a moisturizing mask packed with super berries and probiotics to help repair skin’s moisture barrier. It is lightweight and easy to remove (unlike some masks it does not require a ton of scrubbing), but it works. It smells great, brightened by skin and just made it look more awake.
~Studio Makeup Ease To Wear Eyeshadow Palette ($35): Boxycharm does love their palettes! This one is full of creamy neutrals – some mattes, some shimmers. All gorgeous and very wearable.
~trèStiQue Concealer Crayon (Toffee) ($24): I didn’t realize it when I was taking my pictures, but this is a 2-in-1 stick. One end has a concealer crayon and the other has a blender sponge. I need a bit of a tan to make this color work for me, but with this nice weather that should be happening sooner rather than later.
~Appeal Ultra Creme Liquid Lipstick (Dolce) ($21): Dolce is a creamy neutral shade. I personally would love a little more glossy, but I can always add a topper.
~Daily Concepts Shampoo Bar ($24): I used to use shampoo bars all the time and honestly had forgotten about them. This will foam, but the lather isn’t the same as other shampoos. You start at the root and swipe the bar down to the tip. Now do this a few times and then started to wash!
All totaled my May 2020 BOXYCHARM had a value of $153. The month was a winner for me alone because of the GlamGlow. Everything else was a bonus in my opinion.
