ipsy Review - June 2020
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $12 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it. I don’t always love everything in the bags, but I always always think it was worth my $12.  They also offer a rewards system for subscribers.  You can earn points by reviewing the items you get in your bags, sharing your ipsy bag on social media, etc. You can then redeem your points for products (often items which were featured in previous months) on the ipsy website.

ipsy Review - June 2020
If it fits, ipsy does try to put all your goodies in that months bag. Everything fit this month minus a brush.

This month’s ipsy information card did NOT list the products I was receiving in my bag. It was just a generic card. Not sure if this is Covid related or a new change? My June 2020 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~MODA® BRUSH MODA® Neon Angle Shader ($7.99):  I always mention it, but I do not wear a ton of makeup so I don’t need a lot of makeup brushes, but I love this one.  The neon orange handle and the dipped bristles, I am obsessed.  The bristles are not only color, but also vegan and cruelty-free!

~CIATÉ LONDON Wonderwand Mascara in Black Magic (~$11):  I am back to lash extensions, but I am 100% keeping this on hand in case I need it in the future (you just never know).  The mascara did not clump onto the brush on it wasn’t overly thick either which to me, means it is going apply easily and length lashes.

~PACIFICA BEAUTY Cherry Gold Highligher & Blush (~$15):  I cannot find this  exact duo online, so I estimated the price. Both the blush and the highlighter colors are gorgeous and will work great with my skin tone.

~REAL CHEMISTRY Environmental Rescue Essential Day Cream (20mL) ($13.60): I have used the Real Chemistry masks, but never the day cream.  It absorbed into my skin quickly and left it feeling hydrated all day.  The only thing that would make this better is if it had a built in SPF.

~MALIN+GOETZ Grapefruit Face Cleanser (15mL) ($2.29):  I have received this in numerous subscription boxes over the years, but never get tired of it.  It smells good, it does the job perfectly and leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed.

~The Bag:  Such a fun bag this month!  It screams summer and makes me want to go to the beach even more than I did before.
