A: Dispatch Day is Wednesday October 5th! If you pre-order a calendar, you can expect it to be dispatched from the October 5th onwards, and delivered within 3 – 7 working days. You will be notified once your Advent Calendar has been dispatched via email.
Q: Can I use my Glossy Credit to purchase an Advent Calendar?
A: Yes! When you go to the checkout, you will have the option to spend your Glossy Credit. Not sure how much Glossy Credit you have? Log into your account and scroll down to “”Account Credit””.
Q: If I pre-order an Advent Calendar, when will I be charged?
A: If you pre-order an Advent Calendar you will be asked to enter your payment details to complete the order, however you will not be charged until the calendar is dispatched on October 5th.
