Welcome friends to this year’s Advent Calendar. We can all agree that 2020 hasn’t been the best year, but all of that is about to change. Onyx’s 3rd edition Advent Calendar is ready for preorder featuring 24 unique single origin coffees with a wide range of processing methods, origins and varieties. Each day for 24 days you will get a two oz bag of whole bean coffee. Two ounces (about 56 grams) is the perfect amount of coffee for one pot or one Chemex.
FRESHNESS! Worried about freshness? We will be nitro-flushing all of the coffees, which basically keeps the coffee fresh until the bag is opened. Stop stressing.
RULES! Yes, even Christmas has rules. We can’t change the order of the coffees or make any substitutions. ALL coffee is whole bean so get that grinder prepped and ready. This will allow maximum freshness, flavor and extractions.
SHIPPING! The calendars will ship at the end of November, so you’ll be able to start brewing on December 1st. Anything else ordered with this will ship right away. We will make sure it leaves with extra time this year from the roastery considering the state of logistics right now.
