ipsy Review - March 2021
ipsy sends its members a beautiful Glam Bag with 4-6 deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products based on your ipsy profile. Their bags always have an incredible value (well over the $12 cost), and I am always amazed at how they do it.

ipsy

ipsy sips via USPS and took just a few days to arrive this month.

If it fits (and it did this month), ipsy does try to pack everything into your Glam Bag.

The ipsy information card sometimes lists the products you are receiving in that month’s bag and sometimes it does not. This month it did not. I don’t know why, but either way is fine really. My March 2021 ipsy Glam Bag included the following items:

~BELLE EN ARGENT 8 Free Nail Polish in Picturing Sicily ($13): Sicily is a peachy paradise shade.  The polish is 8 free (it’s free of Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, & Triphenyl Phosphate) + vegan + cruelty free.  This shade would look incredible with a faux tan!

~HANALEI COMPANY Aloe E Face Cleanser (15mL) ($2.43): Not wowed by this, but also not disappointed. It gets the job done and liked the foaming lather.  The size is perfect for traveling.

~PURLISSE BEAUTY Matcha Green Tea Antioxidant Priming Moisturizer (15mL) ($10.50): Nicely moisturizer.  It felt smooth on my skin and I loved the smell.

~BENEFIT COSMETICS They’re Real Magnet Mascara (3g) ($9): I don’t wear mascara (lash extensions), but it sounds like this is pretty good stuff.  I passed it on to a friend who seems to be loving it.

~CIATÉ LONDON Fruit Burst Lip Oil in Lychee & Acai (5mL) ($5.60): Yes!  Easily my favorite item in the box.  This wasn’t runny or messy which sometimes happens with lip oils.  Made my lips shiny, not sticky and super hydrated.

~The Bag: Love this bag!  The message on the inside says “Confidence Comes From Within”. According to Ipsy, the March bag designs “are all about celebrating the beauty of friendship, swiping on your power color, and changing the world in your own way.”

All totaled my March 2021 ipsy had a value of about $40.  Not a “miss”, but nothing jumped out at me in the bag.
