Everything came packaged this month in a reusable neon mesh bag instead of the standard Birchbox.
The curated box looked great again this month, but I opted to make a sample choice selection this month.
My July 2021 Birchbox included the following items:
–IPKN Big Apple Sun Cream SPF 50 (7mL) ($4.20): When isn’t sunscreen a good thing? This smells great and absorbed easily. I am keeping this in my bag so I alway have a sunscreen with me.
–Davines SOLU Clarifying Shampoo – For All Hair Types (75mL) ($9): I am typically frustrated when I only receive a shampoo and not a conditioner in a subscription box, but not in this case. I don’t love it as much as dPHue’s ACV rinse, but it did get the job done.
–KNC Beauty™ All Natural Collagen Lip Mask Set – 1 Pack ($5): This has popped up in a few different subscription boxes and I am always happy to get it. It’s a little awkward to use (it slips off so you basically have to lay flat), but it does leave my lips softer.
–Megababe Space Bar Detoxifying Charcoal Underarm Bar (36g) ($2.91): Hmm, I don’t know that I have a need for something like this, but my teenager may! It cleanses and clarifies the underarm area and leaves it perfectly prepped for deodorant application.
–Benefit Playtint Pink-Lemonade Lip & Cheek Tint (2mL) ($6): Love it! It looks super natural on and gives you just a subtle hint of color on your cheeks. I like it as a little pop of color on my lips too.
–Neon Mesh Bag: I am so thrilled that Birchbox has been mixing it up lately and swapping out the boxes for reusable bags. This mesh one is great to toss in your beach bag. You can just shake the sand right out! And the neon? Come on. So good!
All totaled my July 2021 Birchbox had a value of approximately $27. Not a giant value, but that also doesn’t include the value of the mesh bag. I am thrilled with this month!
