I had no idea what my variations were this month and I couldn’t remember what selection I made (I never can), so opening this was extra fun!
My May 2021 “Flourish” themed BOXYCHARM included the following items:
~KAB Cosmetics Day+Night Eyeshadow Palette ($52): Can we just take a minute and appreciate this palette? My goodness this is gorgeous. It has something for everyone. Neutrals, brights, shimmers, mattes, this has it all. The 18 shades are highly pigmented allowing you to create tons of different looks.
~Ciate Bamboo Bronzer ($28): I have been using self-tanner quite a bit this summer, but this is nice for a bit of extra glow. Don’t be like me though, use a soft hand to apply! I learned the hard way ;).
~Tarte Shape Tape Glow Wand ($27): I have never tried shape tape before and was thrilled to see this during the selection window. I could not snap it up fast enough. And I love it. Great coverage and this will last me quite a while because I don’t do full-makeup daily.
~Beauty Creations Flawless Stay Hydrating Primer ($15): Ohh, a dewy finish primer! I am not even sure I knew this existed. What a great item for summer.
~First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer ($30): Not a miss exactly, but also not my favorite. It’s another dewy finish primer and I just didn’t love it as much as the one above. I do find it interesting that BOXY sent two primers in the same box though!
All totaled my May 2021 BOXYCHARM had a value of $152. How do they even do it with these values?
