Birchbox
Cost: $15/month
Ships To: United States.
Coupon Code: Subscription Box: See below.

Birchbox ships via USPS.  This plastic box was inside an outer cardboard box.

This month had no curated box option. In fact, Birchbox used past box designs this month and did not allow subscribers to make a sample choice. It is assumed that the new owners of Birchbox (FemTec) are trying to get rid of past inventory – I’m hoping to make room for new stuff.  They did add $5 in rewards to subscriber accounts as an apology for shipping delays, a lack of sample choice this month, and repeat themes.  I appreciate the gesture and am curious to see how things proceed with the new owners.

I am actually okay with my repeat “theme” box this month.  I will use this clear plastic box for storage.  The only thing that could have been better would have been to get another Stasher!

My November 2021 Birchbox included the following items:

Re.fil Beauty Balm ($12): So excited to get this!  It is a duplicate for me (we all received this back in April 2021), but I love it.  It can be used for lips, elbows, brows, cuticles you name it. It has a nice light smell and is nice and portable.  Fits great in my purse.

Grace & Stella Rose Water Facial Mist (30mL) ($3.13): This rose spray works reduce redness, hydrate skin, maintain the skin’s pH balance, and help with acne, dermatitis, eczema, and healing scar tissue. But really it just feels so refreshing on my skin.

Dr. Botanicals Pomegranate Superfood Regenerating Sleeping Mask (30mL) ($9.90): This pomegranate sleeping mask has vitamin C and other antioxidants which can help delay the signs of aging and brighten the skin overnight.  It felt ultra-moisturizing and did make my skin look brighter.

Arrow Radiant Skin Moisturizer (10mL) ($4.80):  This is a new-to-me sample.  It is a moisturizer, but has a subtle sheen to it.  I love the little glow it gives you!

Birchbox Jade Roller ($12): I used to have quite a few jade rollers, but I have no idea what happened to them all?  I must have given them away. So it goes without saying I was happy to receive this.  Jade rollers are supposed to help to reduce puffiness, stimulate lymphatic drainage for natural detoxification, boost circulation, and relieve facial tension. I don’t think I use it regularly enough for most of that, but it definitely helps with under-eye puffiness.  I just put mine in my mini skin fridge to make it even more soothing.

All totaled my November 2021 Birchbox had a value of approximately $42.  I didn’t want to like this box because of the duplicates, etc. but I actually love it! It ended up being a great month for me!

Did you get Birchbox this month?  What you’d get in your box and what’d you think?
