It looks like December 2021 Birchbox boxes may be delayed. I received the e-mail above yesterday which states that I should e-mail them if my box hasn’t shipped by 12/15. I am not sure why I need to e-mail them (after all, they are the ones shipping it so they should know if it has shipped or not), but I certainly will if I have not received an e-mail.
In addition, I cannot see a December box preview on the website and when I look in the app under samples, it shows me this:
4 samples and one blank “discontinued” item. Not sure what’s happening with Birchbox since the new owners took over, but stay tuned for updates.
