Can you believe there’s only a few weeks left of 2021?! Needless to say, it’s been another crazy year filled with ups, downs, and in-betweens. We couldn’t have gotten through it without you! Through it all, your continued support has allowed us to keep making elegant, exciting gift boxes for every occasion.
When the pandemic first hit in early 2020, we decided to put our bi-monthly subscription box service on hiatus so that we could figure out how to serve you in the safest, most efficient way possible. Finally, after a year-long break, we couldn’t wait to relaunch the service in May 2021.
But since then, shipping costs, delays, and supply chain issues have only gotten worse – not just for us, but for the vendors we work with as well. This has made it difficult for us to get our boxes shipped in time (and on budget) while maintaining the high standard of quality that you’ve come to expect from us.
As such, we’ve made the difficult decision to end the bi-monthly subscription box service at the beginning of January 2022.
This isn’t goodbye, though. Moving forward, White Willow will continue to offer custom curated boxes, pre-curated gift boxes, and special holiday boxes as one-time purchases through our website.
