-Good evening! It finally snowed here! The kids actually got two snow days last week. Good old fashioned snow days. No virtual learning, just sleeping in and playing outside!
-I got my nails done last week and went with a Valentine’s theme. I switched to the almond shape a while back and have been loving it. Ever since our salons opened back up after lockdown I have been trying to be a bit more fun with my nails.
-The basement project continues. Painting is almost finished and B painted the cabinets we have down and added a backsplash in the bar area. I think it turned out great! Totally different that’s for sure. Next up is flooring (our original laminate survived a flooded basement but has never quite been the same) and then it’s done!
-Have you been watching The Olympics? As usual, I am obsessed. We are close enough to Canada that we get the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) as part of our normal cable (and actually antenna tv) and they have the best coverage. And Team Canada being outfitted in Lululemon? COME ON. It’s all so good.
