Each full size seasonal box is a quarterly curation of 6+ products that are community focused, ethically made, environmentally conscious, and impact driven — ranging from clean beauty to ethical homewares and cruelty-free accessories. Alltrue shipped via USPS. As was the case with the Summer and Fall boxes, the Winter Box shipping was extremely slow. Alltrue did warn in advance that some items in the Winter box may be delayed due to supply chain issues.
I am an annual subscriber so I am able to select all of the items in the box. I actually had to look up what I had selected because it felt like so long ago. And really it was.
My Winter 2021 Alltrue Box included the following items:
–Comma Home – Plush Throw Blanket ($89): This blanket is 50″x65″ and made of 100% Polyester from recycled plastic bottles. It’s so soft and plush and would be a perfect blanket to toss on an armchair or leave in your car. I can never have too many blankets!
–Be Home – Set of 4 Dip Bowls ($40): I am not totally sure what I am going to do with these dip bowls, but I could not pass them up. I love the colors and the designs so much. I may just end up using these as little snack bowls. Like pretzels and Cadbury mini eggs specifically ;).
–Woozies – Laundry & Linen Spray Set ($18.99): These are meant to be used with Woolzies Dryer Balls to perfectly scent your freshly washed laundry or linen. I do have dryer balls, but I will likely just use these directly on my pillows and linens. And probably as a room spray. They all smell so good!
–Natura – Castanha Hands & Foot Cream Duo ($28): YES! I need a pedicure like you wouldn’t believe right now, so until I can get to the salon, I will be slathering the foot lotion on! They smell great, aren’t greasy and moisturize so well.
–The Brow Atelier Revitalizing Brow Enhancing Serum (~$50): I can’t find this online, so I am not sure what to make of that. It promises to renew your natural brows in 4-6 weeks. I have tried a lot of brow products and none have works, but that’s probably because I wasn’t using them consistently. I’ll give this a go and hopefully can remember to use it daily.
–Jules Kae – Pom Beanie ($30): The last thing I need is another beanie, but I just can’t resist. It’s comfortable, a perfect neutral color and has a pom pom. How could I not?
All totaled my Winter 2021 Alltrue had a value of about $256. I did a lot of estimating for this, but I do know it was well over the cost of the box. Although I am frustrated with the shipping delays (specifically the lack of communication in regards to the Fall box), I am happy with the products in the box. To me the customization offered with an annual subscription is so worth it.
