Alltrue (formerly Causebox) appears to have filed for bankruptcy and has let all of their employees go. This information was posted to the Causebox Reddit and appears to have been verified with court filings and LinkedIn posts.
There has been no official word from Alltrue, but if you have remaining boxes in an annual subscription, you may want to contact your credit card / bank / PayPal about filing a chargeback. Their social media has NOT been updated since the date of the filing (4/12).

I just got a refund through PayPal. According to PP, Alltrue is closing up accounts and not fighting refunds. Claims go straight through in the customer’s favor.
