It’s time for another edition of What I Bought This Week! Here’s what I picked up at these past few weeks!
–lululemon Align™ High-Rise Pant 25″ (Sonic Pink) ($98): I am obsessed withs many of the new Lululemon align colors, but I HATE that they are double lined (you can tell they are double lined if they have the seam down the side of the leg). So, with the help of my mom, we removed the inner lining from these Sonic Pink leggings. Basically just turned them inside out and pinched the inner lining fabric together to create that first initial cut. Then just cut along the seams with a normal pair of scissors. It worked out way better than expected. And I will be doing it again with the Electric Lemon pair I just bought on markdown (40% off)!
–lululemon Restfeel Women’s Slide ($58): Another Lulu purchase that worked out better than expected. I was initially worried that these would be hard to clean (I hate when the bottoms of my slides get dirty), but after receiving them and wearing them for a week, I am no longer worried. The bottom part is a thick rubber material, so they will be easily cleanable with a Magic Eraser or Dawn Power Wash. They are very comfortable and I have had no issues with them slipping off my feet or me tripping over them.
–The Summer Place by Jennifer Weiner ($18.08): I was hoping I would have finished this by the time I got this post up, but that hasn’t happened. I am enjoying the book, but it’s not like Reminders of Him where I could NOT put it down.
–Stanley Adventure Quencher Tumblers (Citron & Orchid) ($40): Why do these cups have SUCH a hold on me? I use a different one everyday and have never been this hydrated. These colors sold out in record time, but the website says they will be restocking other colors “soon“.
–Pura Scents (Midnight Tulip & Pineapple Flower) (~$12): I still love my PURA (I actually have 3) and generally switch out my scents every 4-6 weeks. I went with some floral scents this time and really like them.
–Trader Joe’s Peonies ($9.99): It’s peony season at Trader Joe’s! Sounds like they will have them until the end of June so hopefully I can make it back there another time or two. The only thing I dislike about peonies is that once the petals start to fall off, you have a huge mess on your hands. A HUGE mess.
–Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Jet Set ($28):This one is actually a repurchase. I was picking up my Sephora birthday gift and felt guilty about not buying anything (why am I like this?), so I snagged this in the checkout line. It smells SO good and makes a great gift.
