The artwork on this box was created by Shruti Gadhvi, an artist who works with Artbox. Artbox London is a registered charity and social enterprise that runs a program of art workshops to allow those with learning disabilities and neurodivergent artists to explore their creative interests and develop their artistic skills. Shruti says, “When I’m in my area in London and on holiday, I see lots of flowers and color and this gives me ideas for my art. In Artbox I found a book on meditation and combined the flowers and colors with positive words and mandalas to create this piece. The words make my mind and body feel calm and then I feel the flow inside the body when making the art.”
