~First of all, that game! OMG, that game. Wow. Just wow. I was not expecting them to be down by so much, but more than that, I was not expecting them to be able to come back like that. Also, I loved the halftime show! Lady Gaga nailed it (in my opinion anyway). Oh, and I don’t know what the “popular” commercials this year were, but the Hyundai literally gave me chills, so that’s my pick!

~Boxes coming this week include: Minechest (the January one), Solo Shave, Yogi Surprise, Harrison Blake and I am not really sure what else because the USPS system was down when I checked.

~If you missed it this weekend don’t forget to enter my Valentine’s Day Giveaway!  You can enter daily so get those entries in.  B’s not going to be around for Valentine’s Day, so I may end up getting myself a pair of those slippers too ;).

~I’m still (mainly) doing Weight Watchers, but haven’t been as strict as I should have been lately.  I weighed myself for the first time in a while and expected disaster.  But nope!  The scale was down a little.  I have no idea what I owe this too (probably not the fake Oreo O’s I found), but I will take it.  And I’ll be getting back on the wagon.  A new spin place is opening right by me, and I am planning on trying it out.  Does anyone spin?  Do you love it?  Also, are the classes always in the dark or am I making that up? I still want to try Orange Theory too (it also just opened near me), but it’s much more expensive than spinning, so I am going to try spin first.

That’s it from here!  Have a great day!

Spread the love

I love cycling clases, I used to take 3 at week, but then I tried other classes and I cut it to 1, but know Lifetime opened new schedules and now I am up to 2 + other classes. If it is possible I recommend getting cycling shoes, I have bad feet, so, the shoes help a lot to avoid pain. I go to Lifetime fitness, they have different options and depending of the classes some are more in the dark side and others with normal light. The PTO in my kids school organized a cycling class in Soul Cycle and it was dark with candles.
I am trying to compromise (the compromise with myself did not work out that well 🙁 ) so I joined a 60 days challenge to start on February 11, I still have a week to emotionally prepare myself. In general I love doing exercise but with the kids, house some times it is a little complicated but my husband has been motivating and helping me, so I will try 🙂

I totally understand that! I am hoping this place has classes in the dark. I feel like I would do best knowing no one can see me!

I’m a yoga enthusiast but looked into cycling classes YESTERDAY! I need a cardio class because I’m starting to gain weight & if I leave it unchecked I’ll get depressed & turn into the Cookie Monster. I had no idea that some are in the dark–love it!! I need to find those.

This is me exactly!!!! If I start to gain a little I’m like screw it, more cookies NOW and then it’s a big mess and I am sad.

I’m from Atlanta and that game was so embarrassing! Typical Atlanta sports… thankfully I converted to a Carolina fan back when they drafted Cam (war eagle!). I would totally be up for spin class if it were in the dark! That’s one reason I like yoga classes. I don’t feel as exposed when the lights are low.
