Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.
While looking at all the junk we have accumulated over the years, the numbers of places we have lived came up. Turns out my SIL has lived in a million different cities, apartments, houses, dorms, etc. If I didn’t know better, I’d think she was on the run from the law. LOL. So it got me thinking, how many places have I lived? Here is the list I came up with:

-My parents house
-My parents new house
-My college dorm – Holden Hall (freshmen year)
-My 1st apartment (sophomore & junior year of college)
-My 2nd apartment (senior year of college)
-My condo (I bought it after college)
-My house that I live in now!
7 places. Nomad I am not! I would try to make a list for my husband, but even I do not know where he has been (*)?? So tell me, how many places have you lived? Ohh, and living somewhere means that you got mail there and changed your address, etc. Sleeping over at your boyfriends house every night or going somewhere for 4 weeks of training for work doesn’t count!

(*) B has informed me he lived in 11 places (in three different countries and multiples states). He may be moving again if he ever gets a husky puppy ;).

my childhood house on Duchess, freaky house that we rented with squirrels in the roof, My aunts basement, CMU dorm, first cmu apartment, summer cmu apartment, parents house in Lewiston on Craig Dr., Gaylord, first house we got married in, the atlanta house on the river and our current house in Lewiston.

I heard on the radio once that the average family moves on average every 5 years. I thought that was kinda crazy but it looks like I move even more than that. I think the more stuff you accumulate the less often you move. In college when you dont have more than will fit in your car it is easy to load up and move. Right now….I dont think I will ever move again….tooo much work.
