The Flu, I don’t know if it was you or something if it was something I ate, but I am so glad you are gone. Now if you will just take that headache with you, we will be all set.
Dear B, All A’s this semester? You are amazing! I am very impressed.
Dear Presents I Thought Were Lost, I am pleased to report that I have located you. Now the task of wrapping you all must begin. It must.
Dear L, Your dad and I were cracking up last night when you added “surprise me” to your list for Santa Claus. I can only hope Santa surprises you with something amazing.
Dear Fred (our Elf on the Shelf), I thought the world was going to end yesterday L woke up and realized you were in the same place two days in a row. Clearly you were having a sick day just like I was. Hmmmm.
Dear Winter Snowstorm, Why did you have to skip us? All we got was rain. And wind. And a dusting of snow. Don’t get me wrong. It’s 100x better than yesterday’s rainy mess. But I want all snow. L would love it. I’m not even sure if I can explain how excited he’d be to build a snow fort.
Dear Santa, So have you decided on that huge Thomas the Train train for under the tree? Yeah me either. One of us needs to make up our mind soon.
Dear WB, I know. Those non-Christmas pajamas I put you in last night? Unacceptable. I need to step up my laundry game and fast.
I have forgotten to move the Elf twice but luckily both of those nights it rained and I just said he probably didn’t want to fly home in the rain! To a 4 yr old…problem solved!
