The much awaited (for me anyways) Target + Neiman Marcus collection hit the stores this morning and you know I had to go take a look around. I really did have to go to Target anyways. I swear ;).
The verdict? I wasn’t overly impressed. I wanted to see the Tory Burch lunchbox and thermos, but my store was already sold out. I ordered it online, but I didn’t see anything else I *needed*. If I had a little girl though, I would have bought this Marchesa dress in two seconds. I think it is so so so adorable. I wish they would have had at least a few things for little boys. I am not counting the rag & bone sweater because, umm, I don’t like it. Oh and I almost bought the Prabal Gurung Cape, but then I realized I have no wear to wear a cape.
While they did have some great pieces I can’t help but feel disappointed. I feel like they could have done so much more with this. How about some Tory Burch for Target + Neiman Marcus riding boots? Or a DVF wrap dress? Now we’d be talking!

I went to check it out too! I was disappointed as well. I saw the lunch box as they still had it in our store and you may be disappointed when you get it!! Not nearly as cute as expected 🙁 The girls dresses were adorable though!
