March Fancy Box

With no prior warning, I received a Fancy Box in the today (it came via FedEx). I mean, I ordered it, but I had not received any shipping notification on it. This happened with the Pink Fancy Box too. I received it on a Friday and got a shipping notification for it a few days later. Whatever, I am just happy to get a fun package on my porch.

The Box

The box was the same size as the Pink Fancy Box. But felt much more full if that’s possible. I did find the Pink box cuter though ;).

First Look

The first look had me very excited to see what else everything was!  The box looked to be packed nicely was full of fun stuff!

The Information Cards

I have decided that I really like the individual information card idea.  Oh, and I should mention that the categories I selected for this box were: “Woman’s, Kid’s and Home”.  I gotta tell you though, I don’t know how the categories fit with the items?

Okay, now here is what was in my Fancy Box:

~Fill In The Blank: An Inspirational Sketchbook ($12.89): I would describe this as a coloring book for adults.  You can create new houses, cars, skyscrapers, cereal boxes, wine labels, roller coasters, topiary, design tattoos and so much more.  I’m not sure what I will do with this?  Maybe L and I will use it together!

~Pilot & Captain Tee Shirt ($32):  Umm, B is going to LOVE this.  It’s the softest shirt I have ever felt and is totally something he would buy (for $32 even) at the store.  He is going to be excited about this and I bet he wears it this weekend.

~Citrus Zinger Water Bottle ($15):  Okay, I admit I haven’t been drinking the water I should be drinking.  Far from it.  This bottle might solve everything though.  You put half a citrus fruit in the bottom, shake and boom, you have flavored water.  Genius.

~Head Massager by Kikkerland ($4): I have actually never tried one of these, but I do find it very interesting.  The Kikkerland website calls it the “Orgasmatron” which cracked me up.  On a completed unrelated not, these pictures I took of the items?  They suck. I don’t know what was going on today.

~Music Branch Headphone Splitter ($11): I have never felt the urge to share music with 3 friends, but you just never know.  I can see B and I using this to watch a movie on a plane or something?  Also I feel like I should mention I have 5 songs on my iPhone.  Yes, 5.  Years ago, something went down and all my music got lost and I am just too lazy to do anything about it.

~$10 Shoptiques Gift Card ($10): I’m not going to include this in the value of the box since I doubt there is anything I can get at Shoptiques for $10, but I thought the little envelope card was in was so cute I had to share.  It has a little button in the back that closes it up too.

All totaled, I came up with a value of $74.89 for this box.  The box itself cost $21.95 $46.95 – $25 coupon) and I think that’s an awesome deal!  I certainly couldn’t have gotten all this at the store for $22.  I think the regular Fancy Box is 100x better than the Pink Fancy Box.  That was just ick.  This is good!

Do you subscribe to Fancy Box?  What’d you get this month?  And what categories did you pick?  If you are interested in subscribing or just want to learn more, click here.  And don’t forget to use the code “25OFF4” to save $25 on your box!  I should be getting a Food Fancy Box this month as well and I *might* just pull the trigger on a Coca Rocha one as well.

Thank you for the review. I can’t wait to receive my first Fancy Box.

I just ordered the new Coco Rocha (I think that’s how you spell it) Box and I’m so anxious to see what’s inside! When did you order you boxes? I ordered the regular Fancy Box towards the end of February and I’m still waiting for it.

Love the shirt! Let us know how B likes it? And how it holds up to washing, as I’m always afraid shirts will fit perfectly, then shrink the first time you wash them. Only happened to me once, but now I’m paranoid.

I’ve ordered so many subscription boxes lately that I’m pretty sure I’m addicted, but am really tempted to order this one with the $25 coupon. It would be irresponsible to NOT order one, right? *L*

Wow this box is WAY more impressive than the Pink box.. Shoot now I wanntt it!

  5. Mindi

We have the same profile! I ordered mine at the end of February and am crossing fingers they send the same one to me soon. Love it! So glad I chose this one instead of the Pink version. How can Pink stand by that horrible box? Ugh. Thanks for all the great reviews!

  6. I really like this box! After my complaint about the Pink box, they sent me a $25 gift card. I used the gift card towards a regular Fancy box, I’m beyond over specially curated ones after the Pink disaster. I wish I would have known about the code.. I could have received the box completely free!!! Oh well!

Ack. You talked me into it. No way would I pay $46 (I hate when they don’t include shipping – why not just include in the price and say its “free” like even else does??), but $22 is hard to pass up. 😉

@Shannon: I got my Fancy box and it was the same as yours! That shirt was amazingly soft. I gave it to Lance and then wanted to cuddle with him all day. I wish ours said London though. I think our was Paris.

seriously just when I have narrowed down my box addiction you post the best new one I so need not want but really believe I need this box, I loved everything in yours although i did think the head massager was a futuristic looking whisk from the first glance picture of the box. As always thank you for the 25 off code. do you get to pick the categories on this box?

  9. Kimberly H

I will be using that code. Thank you I am not sure which one to get but the PINK one stunk. So I may opt for the regular box. Can only afford one though need to supplement my income somehow to start ordering these boxes.

That box looks great! The shirt, the water bottle! My MIL has one and my husband loves it.

    Jennifer,
I totally have that head massager! We bought it one day at a Bed,Bath and Beyond and I love it! It feels really good. I love to have my head rubbed or my hair brushed and this thing is just awesome!
    Hope you enjoy it:)

Haha um is it weird that of all the things, I noticed the cute little Easter egg tree you have in the background of the Orgasmatron? I have one of those that comes with a vibrating head and I find my scalp waaaay to sensitive, but it’s a funny little octopus thing to have.

I recieved the same things, but a different T-Shirt. Which I love because it’s solo soft!
