Bestowed is a monthly subscription box that offers 5+ amazing nutrition and lifestyle products delivered to your door every month – each one hand picked by celebrity nutritionist and author Heather Bauer. It’s $19/month and delivers around the 15th of the month.

The minute I pulled this out of the mailbox, I knew it was the box for me. It’s orange!!! And it ships via USPS and came very quickly. What’s not to love?

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Bestowed, but I was excited to see lots of full sized products in the box. The box was nice and full and was pretty heavy!

Bestowed doesn’t have just a little information card, they have a full page sheet which includes product names, “why we love” and “two tips” for each item. Â I love that include so much information about the products so you don’t have to go searching about how they should be used or what they will do for you.
~EBoost ($2.80): I’ve tried EBoost before and it is good.  And since I have given up soda and get bored with just water, these come at a perfect time.  They can be used while traveling (aka when you are around extra germs on an airplane) or for a mid-afternoon pickup instead of the usual cup of coffee!

~iTrain ($25 Gift Card): I think I am going to download a few of their iTread workouts and give them a try. Â I get SO bored on the treadmill and maybe mixing it up with a SET workout would make it more fun!

~Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts ($2.99): I have never heard of hemp hearts before and am very intrigued. Â They are loaded with protein and vitamins and are a great way to add essential omegas and protein in your diet. Â Bestowed suggested sprinkling them on your salad instead of croutons or mixing in your yogurt, which I am going to try, but I think I am also going to try baking with them. Â Maybe into some sort of protein bar? Â I need to do a little research on this, but I am sure there is a way!

~Kind Healthy Grains Oats & Honey Clusters ($5.99): Ohhh, I love granola, but unless you are careful you could end up with a granola packed with sugar and fat. Â And that’s not exactly healthy you know? Â Kind isn’t like that and I am excited to start my day with this!

~Oloves Hot Chilli Mama Olives ($1.59): We got the lemony flavor in this month’s Love With Food and B LOVED them. Â So when he saw these he was thrilled. Â They are already gone. Â And B said they were amazing!!!!

~Nektar Honey Crystals ($0.80): It’s possible I am the only person on the planet who doesn’t like Greek yogurt, so I like the idea of using these to sweeten it up a little. Â And also like that you get the benefits of honey without the mess!

~Gnu Foods Hi-Fiber Minis ($4): These little mini bars are probably what I am most excited about. Â They have only 70 calories, but are packed with beneficial nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Â Bestowed suggests pairing them with your morning yogurt or replacing your mid-morning snack with one and I am going to do just that!

All totaled my Bestowed box has a value of $43.17. Â Pretty good considering that the box is only $19/$20/month! Â I love that it has introduced me to new products and given me ideas to change up my routine.

I want those mini gnu bars! Perfect snack.
Looks yummy! Bestowed!!
I want to win because I like food and mail. I too am not a fan of greek yogurt unless its 2% fage because it just seems less tart than 1% or yuck 0%…I mean its better than adding a bunch of sugar or honey…not that I wouldn’t add it to 2% as well. However, cream top yogurt is just so good that I often ignore health benefits of Greek and go for good tasting.
I love that they include generous sizes, so you really get a chance to sample the products. I am definitely going to look into this one!
I need more healthy things for me, and this looks perfect!

I don’t subscribe to Bestowed but your box looks great! I am going to have to look for the Kind granola because I love their bars. I love Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of strawberry preserves & a tablespoon of flaxseed.

I really should “healthy up” my life… this would be a great start! Those honey crystals look so interesting! I wonder if they lose any of the flavor?
