~We had a great Easter weekend. The weather was amazing, so we got to play outside a ton. I think L was in the house maybe an hour on Saturday. So nice! And, what’s even better, we got to have proper outdoor Easter egg hunts! L had so much fun searching for eggs. So much fun. The Easter Bunny hid them both inside and outside at our house and then again outside at my parents. And the boys did awesome at finding their baskets (does the EB hide baskets at your house?). WB’s was in the pantry and he started pulling out all this stuff and stopped when he saw the cheese puffs. The EB knows what WB likes!
~The GAP had a crazy online sale yesterday – 40% off everything. Plus, 2% cash back at ebates. Yeah, it’s fair to say the Easter bunny will be returning those full priced swim trunks and rash guards she bought in store. I totally stocked up yesterday. So many things for the boys for the summer. I gotta take an inventory of their soon though so I don’t end up buying the same thing twice!
~OMG the madness this weekend! First of all, my heart goes out to that Louisville player, Kevin Ware, who broke his leg. Brutal to watch and even more brutal for him to go through I am certain. I totally want FGCU to pull out a win, but it wasn’t to be. But I am so loving that Wichita State – The Shockers are headed to the Final Four! I am going to have to make them my new team I think. I love me an underdog and a #9 in the Final Four is what March Madness is all about! Is anyone headed to the Final Four next weekend? If so, I am beyond jealous. It’s such an amazing atmosphere. Have a great time!!
~In box news, I am expecting Stork Stack, pickybunny and Pawalla this week and that might just be it ;(. I have a few reviews in the backlog (Homegrown Collective and Little Spark), so it won’t be totally boring around here. ~WTF is Lindsey Lohan up to in Brazil? I am shocked she’s even allowed to leave the country with all the trouble she’s in! Seriously. And is it true, did Chris Brown and Rihanna really break up? I can only hope it’s true. Also, I am obsessed with Jimmy Fallon. Love him.

The Easter bunny doesn’t hide baskets, but Erin and I disagree on where the Easter bunny hides eggs….I say inside he says outside. We will have to figure this out by next year. 🙂

I used to love how JF couldn’t keep a straight face during skits on SNL! He is so cute!
I went to every single Target in my city and I found some good finds! I got the last of the ombre glitter eggs but no more. 🙁 Will be on the hunt next year for those! Also, tried to get 50% off candy at Walmart and everything was gone!!!! Glad to see you all had a great weekend!
Love those Easter baskets! The EB didn’t hide baskets at our house when I was a kid, as we only got a quick peek at them before heading to church. Having to hunt for them would have put us behind schedule and given my Dad heart failure! *L*
