August Coco Rocha Fancy Box
August Coco Rocha Fancy Box

My August Coco Rocha Fancy Box arrived yesterday (and made the trip up-north with my Dad today) and was my only August celebrity curated Fancy Box to arrive in August.  My Jennifer Love Hewitt box is on it’s way and my Tyler Florence one?  I don’t know when that one’s coming!

The Box

Fancy Box ships via FedEx Ground and typically takes 2 days to get to me from the East Coast.  I complain about Fancy charging shipping, however, I shouldn’t because once the boxes do ship, they ship fast!

First Look

I knew what to expect from the box, but of course I was still anxious to get my own first look from it. It was a light box this month and sort of empty, but that doesn’t mean much ;).

The Information Cards

Sometimes I’m not sure of the amount of celebrity involvement in Fancy Boxes, but I feel like Coco Rocha always takes great care in selecting her items and are always super reflective of her style.  Here’s what she picked this month:

~Emilie M Envelope Clutch ($50): I am totally loving this clutch and think it’s a great fall item.  It’s very roomy and I am loving the style. I just need somewhere to go with it.

~Slice Tweezers ($20): I’ve never tried Slice Tweezers (I usually get Tweezerman ones), but I am happy to see them. My eyebrows are still a big mess and need a ton of work.  These are going to be used asap.

~NCLA Nail Wraps ($16): Can someone just come over and apply these for me?  I totally love them, but I just can’t get it.  I suspect that I am making it much harder than it should be.

NCLA Nail Wraps

~Fashion N0w ($15):  This is best described as a fashion encyclopedia and contains information about fashion designer, runway looks, etcs.  It’s not my thing really, but it’s the kind of thing I’d expect from this box, so I can’t get too annoyed!

Fashion Now

All totaled, the August Coco Rocha Fancy Box had a value of $101, which as always, is far beyond the cost of the box itself (Fancy Boxes are $39 + $7.95 shipping).   I am loving the tweezers and the clutch this month and if I could figure out the wraps, I’d be all over those too ;).
