Ahh, yes, I am behind the times today! B and I were off at Painting with a Twist while the December PopSugar Must Have Box spoilers were “announced” over at MakeupTalk. I am *hoping* that one of the lovely ladies over there receives their Limited Edition Holiday box and we get some spoilers on that tomorrow! But for now, here is what is in the December PopSugar Must Have Box (thanks to polarama):

well…I ordered three months last night, and then you point out the spoilers here and on makeup talk and I couldn’t resist looking (and was a bit disappointed at the content!). Apparently I don’t get my first box until January – thank goodness, I will have to learn to avoid your posts about this box and not give in to spoilers 😉

I’m struck with an overwhelming feeling of “me”. Wrapping paper, really?? And it’s awfully food heavy.

I can get the “meh” feeling other people get from this box – but I am really excited about this one! My better half gifted a 6 month subscription to me for Christmas and I was just reprimanded for squealing over the spoilers. At least he is excited about the glasses!

This is not that bad of box, iam okay with most of the stuff but wish they had replace the popcorn with something else.

Box looks okay to me not interested in the food but i signed up because of the Bauble Bar necklace deal. I didn’t see that in your spoilers but i put in the code “holidaygwp” when i signed up and it prompted me to pay but it didn’t confirm that i’m getting the extra piece Anyways i’m excited for that piece very much.
I think you’ll get the extra piece. I have heard a few people say it didn’t show any different after applying the code.
Yes this box looks pretty nice. I think i can gift the chocolates to family this year and keep the bracelet and necklace. 🙂 Thank you for the response.

I was surprised when I received my box this morning. Then I opened it and was so disappointed. It is definitely not worth the money this month. Too much food. The bracelet looks cheap and ugly. The flutes are plastic. After the last two months, this box seems to be lacking in a big way.

Even if the bracelet isn’t “amazing” the value of the box without it is still over the cost. I will use everything in it! Although next year I will be on my game. I didn’t know about Holiday boxes and the Allure box until it was too late *wah*..

First of all…if there is really that much chocolate in the box I don’t know how anyone can complain because CHOCOLATE! Second, this is the second or third spoiler I’ve seen and none of them had the necklace in it. Do you think the necklace boxes went out later? I got my tracking code so mine should be here soon but I’m really hoping my friends box for sure has her necklace since I did the gift option and promised her a necklace in her surprise box. I think the wrapping paper is cute. I always admire the pretty fancy wrapping paper at the little shops around here but I never want to spend money on it. How nice to get some in my box so I can finally try out the cute wrapping paper without feeling like I spent a ton of money on it. The glasses are way cute. I never drink champagne but I can totally throw some fruity cocktail in it and call it good.
I’m not sure about the necklace. I wasn’t expecting one in my box? I don’t know that I have seen anyone mention on MUT that they got their box and were expecting a necklace. I do know some people said they had two tracking numbers in their FedEx account when they tracked by reference though. Not sure what that was all about??
This box made the decision for me to cancel my Popsugar Must Have Box subscription. I had it for a year and honestly out of 12 months, I think I loved 3-4 boxes. Last year, the December box was awful too. You would think that the people who put this box together would have listened! I know that it only costs $35.00, but let’s be honest, most of the items are sampled out to Popsugar for promotion. There was really nothing in this box that was great. Too much food, ugly wrapping paper, ugly bracelet and four tiny plastic glasses. Let down!
I wouldn’t have minded more bodum mugs like last December! Or a bottle of champagne to put in these!!!
I just received December 2013’s box and was disappointed. I could have picked up plastic picnic cups(even nice ones), Ghirardelli chocolates, fancy wrapping paper (YIKES! now I’m obliged to regift my gift) and Christmas nail decor, AT THE SUPERMARKET. Also, this is my second mascara in three months. I will not complain to my amazing sister who sent three months to me, but this box, especially for December, lacks any imagination. BTW, I did think October and November were pretty wonderful, so that you know I’m not always a Scrooge…

I just got my box. I am so disappointed. The bracelet is cheap and ugly! I’m allergic to nickel and this is definantly not made of any quality metals or gems. Yes there is chocolate and caramel corn, but that’s probably $10 of value of you really think about it. Wrapping paper? Really? And the champagne flutes… Great idea but they are plastic. CHEAP plastic… Definantly won’t make it through the fish washer. The Nail are stickers my niece will love. Basically the only think I got that I will enjoy is the mascara… Worth $20… For this being a box that just went up in cost, they picked a poor month to go down in quality…
