February 2014 Nailed Kit Review

Nailed Kit, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly nail art subscription box. Subscriptions tare $14/month and each month you will receive one of Nailed Art’s newest kits and an exclusive set of their waterslide decals.

Nailed Kit
The Package

Nailed Kit ships via USPS in a white bubble mailer. I wasn’t totally sure what it was at first because it was so light, but then I looked at the name and it all made sense.

Nailed Kit
The Box

Inside the envelope was a plain while box with a Nailed Kit sticker.  Nothing overly fancy, but cute.

Nailed Kit
First Look

This first look doesn’t really show anything, but I did want to share the fun card they included in the package.  It was just a note about how this was the same box all subscribers would receive in February, etc. but I loved the chevron!

Nailed Kit
Second First Look

The first look was a good one!  Everything was look cute and I didn’t realize it at first, but everything is Nailed Kit branded.  There isn’t an information card with this box, but it’s clearly Valentine’s Day themed.  Here is what was inside:

~Nail Art Kit (Heartbeat) ($14):  This kit includes: red nail polish strips, heartbeat decals and pink rhinestones.   I now understand how to do decals (I don’t do them well, but I think I get it now) so I am looking forward trying these.  And I love the little heart stickers.

~Watersldie Nail Decals ($8):  After painting your nails, you just stick these on and add a clear coat and you are set!  I once thought that all that amazing nail art I had seem was done free hand.  I am sure some of it is, but this makes much more sense.

~Nail File: Also included is a file to help with your decals.  I thought it was cute that even the file matched the Valentine’s Day theme of this box!

Nailed Kit
Nail File

All totaled (not including the file or the Blow Pop which I am saving for L), the February Nailed Kit box has a value of $22!   As I mentioned, box are $22/month, so basically you just pay for the Nailed Kit and you get the rest of the goodies (Decals, Nail File, etc.) free!
