This week I am saying So What If….

~I haven’t decorated for Easter yet.
~I didn’t know there was peanut butter in Butterfingers candy bars.
~I like to judge people’s survival skills on Naked & Afraid as I sit on my couch and have a snack.  Like I almost have a clue.
~I let the boys play in muddle puddles during our trip to the farm yesterday.  #yolo
~I was sad when I had to say goodbye to my MacBook at the Apple Store last night.
~I almost screamed with joy when I read that Teen Mom 2 will be back for another season!
~I told B that Mickey Rooney was the guy who was on 60 Minutes.  Umm, not quite.  Wrong Rooney.
~I laughed when L told me he learned math better at home because we have a calculator here. It should be a long 12 years of listening to this. LOL!!!!
~Every time I make a grocery / shopping list I end up leaving it at home.
~I’ve had a stack of things I’ve been meaning to mail for nearly a week.  It’ll happen.  Eventually.
~I am still dreaming about that duvet.  Maybe B will get it for me for his birthday.  That would be thoughtful of him.
~This was the week we were supposed to be at Disney World and I am here excited about how it was 60 degrees out yesterday!

That’s it from here. What are you saying so what to this week?

I always left my lists at home too! Then I started to use the app Wunderlist and it’s awesome! I always have my phone with me so I always have my list. Plus it’s easy to add items on the fly and I can share lists with my husband so we kill it at the grocery store!

    1. Jennifer

That is a good idea. If I even just took a picture of my list that would be helpful.

Mud puddles are made for little kids to splash in and it would have been cruel if you hadn’t let them! Too funny that you thought Mickey Rooney was on 60 Minutes! He was the male equivalent to Elizabeth Taylor when it came to marriages, as I think he was married 8 times?

    1. Jennifer

I did hear that about the 8 marriages. A ladies man!

I’m the same way with shopping lists…….I know I should just have a list on my iphone, but I like writing stuff down.

    How’d the hair treatment go?

    1. Jennifer

You know, I don’t know. I think it looks a little shinier, but I am going to try again next week (you are supposed to do it weekly) and really pay better attention!

Have you gotten anymore of your Fancy mystery boxes!? I got my $10 women’s box. but my $20 womens box that i ordered with it, hasnt shipped yet.

Mine i got this cord thing for a phone i think? a picture frame, 2 nail polish, chapstick, and i think there was 1 more thing.. it came in an envelope instead of a box.

I always try to predict the PSR’s of the people on Naked and Afraid before they say them and constantly wonder why no one brings a pot to boil water.

    1. Jennifer

      I wonder??

I use an app on my phone for grocery lists. You can just scan bar codes and it will add items. Plus I can put the list by “isles” so I’m not running all over the grocery store. And I can have different stores have different lists (cuz you know my Target list would be different from my regular grocery store). And did I mention my husband is connected to the list so if he happens to stop at the drug store I can just add my wants to our basic list (I think I have my list divided by about 1o stores…Costco, Target, Safeway, Walgreens, Trader Joes). I have sufficiently trained my husband to scan a bar code if he is using the last of an item (they can be trained….) which helps. It also has “favorites” which you can just add every week without going back and scanning/entering. I’d be lost without my app! (Grocery IQ)

    1. Jennifer

Ohhh, you scan them? I am going to check this out. I feel like that could be right up my alley. I can handle scanning!

Butterfingers have peanut butter in them?!?! This is news to me. My husband is laughing so hard at me right now.

    1. Jennifer

I know right? He was like why do you think they have “BUTTER” in their name? Heck if I know. Doesn’t taste like peanut butter is in them. That I do know.
