I had been hearing so many great things about BOXYCHARM that I finally just had to try it out for myself. I was expecting my subscription to start with the July box, but it started with the June one which was even better because I already knew I loved that one.
If you aren’t familiar, BOXYCHARM is a beauty box subscription that surprises you each month with the best beauty products from popular and chic brands. It’s $21/month and includes full size and luxury size beauty samples from their team’s preferred well-known brands.
BOXYCHARM ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out as DHL and is delivered by the Postal Service) and arrived in a record three days. I was shocked it arrived so quickly.
The first look was everything I imagined it to be. Everything was nicely packaged and looked perfect.
The June 2014 BOXYCHARM theme was “Bridal Beauty” and included items to make all Charmers feel as stunning as a girl on her wedding day. Here is what was included:
~tart Check Stain (Blushing Bride) ($30): Love this! We got a tarte cheek stain in the latest PopSugar special edition box but it was a different shade. I actually think I like this one better. It’s a gorgeous color and I love this product.
~Tarina Tarantino Eye Dream HyperLiner (Cute Robot) ($15): I don’t love eyeliner, but I am putting together a “Break-Up Box” for a friend of mine and she is going to love this. She’s going to be so excited about the box in general that she’s going to want to break up all the time with people ;).
~Tarina Tarantino Eye Dream HyperLight ($22): Fabulous! This is for under your eyes and along cheekbones to brighten your skin. I love the applicator and think it’s super easy to just throw in your bag and use.
~STRANGEBEAUTIFUL Nail Lacquer ($18): I don’t know if these are labeled with a color name or not (if they are I can’t find them), but I would call them “Something Blue” and “Champagne”. Very pretty colors for sure.
~Revlon Bold Lacquer Mascara ($7.99): I tend to like drugstore mascaras just as much as I like the higher end ones and with the way I toss mascaras (I never have the same one for more than a month) I should probably stick with the drugstore ones. This is black and is suppose to provide length and volume to the “nth” degree.
All totaled I came up with a value of $92.99 for the June 2014 BOXYCHARM Box. And I must say, I am now obsessed with this box. They released a July 2014 Sneak Peek which is a Pur~Lisse Pur-Protect SPF 30 Moisturizer (a $55 Value) and while that is coming in a different box I am also getting, I don’t mind because it will just give me a chance to use it even longer! Plus I can’t wait to see what they do for the other items!

I signed up for the subscription later that week and was surprised to get the June box yesterday. I just assumed they’d start with the July box. I’m so excited about the nail polish and the Tarte blush.
Definitely signing up for this one! I took June off from boxes since I had bonnaroo, but I got the itch! OH, did you ever finish Me Before You? If so, have you recovered? LOL
Not yet! I skipped to a different book and need to go back to that one. How was Bonnaroo??
I’m sure your husband has tried to explain the magic of Roo. It was awesome, but it’s like Vegas! I’m back to Working Mommyville and I need a vacation from my vacation! 🙂

On the polishes, look at the box they came in. It says “Something Blue” “You Gold Girl” right under Strange Beautiful. So funny you picked Something Blue anyways!

When did you sign up for your subscription? And did you get a confirmation or shipping email? I signed up on the 23rd and haven’t gotten any email of any sort so I’m worried it didn’t go through or something 🙁
I signed up on June 15th and got a confirmation right away. My box shipped on the 23rd.
What’s a Break Up box?
Just a box of goodies I put together for a friend who just broke up with her boyfriend.
I signed up just a few days ago and already got my June Box! What an amazing deal. I will def use all the products in this box. I think is new my fav! 🙂
