I got the Rue code and have tried on multiple computers, multiple days to checkout with my box (for $0) on the Pop Sugar website and it keeps telling me “there has been and internal error”. Do you know anything about this? Also-do you know the best way to contact Pop Sugar must have with my question? Sent an email but have not heard back. Thanks so much!

So random but did you try to check out with an american express? It wouldn’t take mine for some reason today?? I was trying to buy a subscription for my SIL and I was getting the same error!
Ahh just checked to see if anyone had commented back. No-mastercard. Were you able to get yours figured out? The must have box seems awesome but Pop Sugar customer service is making a bad first impression!
Well I had to use a different card because I kept getting that error!
