Artistry Gift Wrap offered me a choice of papers to review and I opted for a Christmas selection.  Obviously if you don’t celebrate Christmas or request Christmas papers this isn’t the box you’d receive!

The Information Card

Here is what was included in my October 2014 Artistry Gift Wrap package:

~Holiday Lights Roll ($7.95): I’d call this a traditional Christmas paper.  If I saw it at the store it’s one I would go for first.

~Ugly Sweater Roll ($7.95): I looked at this paper and was like, wow, those are ugly sweaters.  And then I looked at the sheet and realized that is exactly what this paper is all about!  It’s supposed to be ugly sweaters.  I absolutely love it!

~Red Sparkle Tissue ($3.95): I use tissue paper in my gift bags, packages I sent to people and in wrapped gifts.  This is perfect for the season!

~Red Satin Ribbon ($3.95): I don’t know if I linked to the exact correct ribbon, but I think I am pretty close.  I still haven’t mastered the art of ribbon tying (and I do think it’s an art), but I try.

~Christmas Cards ($13.50): I usually get photo cards, but I also need regular cards for the mailman, UPS man, teachers, etc. so these are great.  They really could be given to anyone and are really cute.

All totaled I came up with a value of $37.30 for the October 2014 Artistry Gift Wrap box!  I loved this box and loved the papers and products they picked out for me.  It really did save me time from saving to go to the store and pick everything up.  I wonder if they have ever considered including glue dots or tape in their boxes?  That would really take care of everything!

I like the idea of this box, but its a little pricey for my taste. I’d be willing to subscribe if it were in the $15-20 range.

This box makes me so happy to look at. LOL I love love love wrapping presents which I think comes from all the wrapping I did when I worked at uptons during the holidays. 🙂 Very random but I love making my own bows and when I was working there we had this stapler that worked great in holding the ribbons down in the middle but you need a very thin bottom piece. Well I’ve tried multiple options over the years to no luck and low and behold in my stampin up holiday catalog is a stapler just like I’ve been wanting. Needless to say it was one of the first things I ordered. LOL

Can you make a video of how you make these ribbons? I would love to see that.

I love the idea of a gift wrapping box, but this one seems a bit expensive!! I just signed up for a new subscription box called My Little Box, I don’t think you have it in the US yet but I hope you do because it looks super cute!
