Yesterday was such fantastic mail day and one of the packages I received was my November 2014 Fabletics!
In case you haven’t heard of them, Fabletics is the brainchild of actress and co-founder Kate Hudson, who partnered with the team behind JustFab to develop a multi-functional wardrobe solution for today’s active woman. Each month you’ll receive a new workout outfit (pieces you may select from include tops, tanks, tees, sports bras, hoodies, jackets, leggings, pants and shorts) starting at $49.95. And the best part is that if you aren’t interested in any of the items that month, don’t need anything, etc. you are free to skip the month (just do so by the 5th of the month) and you won’t be charged.
Fabletics ships via FedEx Smart Post and took about four or five days to arrive.
As usual, everything came packed in individual sealed bags. It’s just like how your GAP order or whatever would arrive.
Fabletics doesn’t include an information card, however, they do include a packing slip. I opted for the “Season” outfit this month which contained the following pieces:
~Kingston Pullover ($39.95): This is awesome. It’s long(er) and hits below the hip which is great. The fabric is also really nice and isn’t like your normal sweatshirts. It’s stretchier if that makes sense. It’d work for the gym or for running errands.
~Aventura Tank ($15.95): I have a bunch of these tanks and am always happy with them. They are true to size and aren’t meant to be skin tight, which is nice.
~Hamilton Sweatpant ($29.95): These are a new item for me and they were pretty much why I picked this outfit. I have lots of yoga pants and capris from Fabletics, but no real sweatpants. These were a bit looser than a lot of other items in their line, but are really cozy and nice. I hope they come out with a longer version of them soon (these hit below the knee).
All totaled I came up with a value of $85.85 for my November 2014 Fabletics “Season” outfit. That is using VIP (i.e. member) prices. Had you purchased everything without signing up, it would have totaled $107.85. So for the $79.95 price tag, I feel like I received a great deal.
What do you think of Fabletics? Something you’d check out? New members can try their first outfit for only $25 right now (no coupon code necessary), so if you are interested in ordering or just want to check out their outfits, click here! I should mention that if you take advantage of the $25 outfit offer, you WILL be enrolled in their monthly subscription. You are free to cancel at any time, but I just wanted to give you a heads up because I see a lot of posts from people who didn’t realize that this would happen.
I was totally looking into this to sign up but every single outfit seems to be leggings?!? How did you get sweatpants?? The putfits sure do look great on those models but I don’t think anyone wants to see me running around in leggings unless they are under a long tunic!!!
Do you recommend sizing up on the Kingston? I love it, but I’m wondering if it would be loose enough in my usual size.
Cheryl, I found my usual medium to be maybe a tad big. I could definitely have done a small. I hope that helps 🙂
Thank you!!
Great outfit! I am still trying to figure out what I want to order. I have added two different outfits to my cart but can’t decide!
