~Good morning! How was your weekend? B had National Guard so it was just the little boys and I most of the weekend. L had a bowling birthday party to go to, we baked cookies, indoor camped and I introduced L and WB to The Flintstones. They loved it! L couldn’t take his eyes off it. Yay!
~Lots of subscription boxes should be arriving this week! I am expecting Estilo, Hamptons Lane, Koala Crate, the Nerd Block Grab Block I ordered on Black Friday, Stitch Fix, and Your Bijoux Box for sure. I’d also like to get my PopSugar Special Edition Holiday for Her box, but it hasn’t even shipped yet so I doubt that’s happening. I am sure someone will get it this week though so at least we’ll have some spoilers. ~Are you a sucker for all the holiday “themed” foods / snacks out there? I swear they get me every season. L and I did pick up the Rolled & Ready Gingerbread Cookie Dough and let me tell you, whoever thought of that is a genius. We just made cookies with it, but it would be idea for making a gingerbread house. You know, if you wanted to do one from scratch. And “The Implusive Buy” is reporting that Dark Chocolate & Mediterranean Sea Salt Pretzel Crisps are at Target! What? Why don’t I know this? I am very much looking forward to finding these!

~This is super random, but do you have a footboard on your bed? We have a headboard and a footboard and I am getting a little tired of the footboard. It’s not weird to have a giant headboard and no footboard is it? I hope not.

I’m totally obsessed with The Impulsive Buy after you last mentioned it. So many new and exciting things to buy on impulse..LoL. I’ve tracked down a few things so far and the rolled and ready cookie dough is on the list for sure.
That cookie dough is genius. Perfectly even for building walls of a gingerbread house!
Nope no footboard just a bench. We a bench. Our bedroom set came that way. The headboard is the star.
I have a headboard but no footboard. It’s not huge, and it’s mostly functional. My bed backs up to the window. I live in a ground floor condo and everyone’s bedrooms in the building are up against the parking lot. My cat (back when I only had one, haha) used to push open the vertical blinds to look out. But that meant people could see in and see me while I was sleeping. Eek. Headboard solved that problem.

My 6 year old had 3 play performances this weekend. He is still worn out. It was a nice weekend watching him perform. Boxes – The Target beauty boxes, Nerd Block grab block, DottieBox mystery special, and Wantables Intimates. Maybe Eco Emi Wellness box and holiday box and Homegrown Collective. We love “holiday-themed” items. Love the great giveaways.
We have a footboard, but in our case it would look weird without it… It’s a four-poster bed and it is massive!
I have a upholstered headboard I made for our bed that is pretty tall with no footboard. I like the clean look of our bedding draping nicely on the end of the bed. Footboards, in my mind, mess that up and don’t look as nice. Also our room is a tad small for more furniture even if it was just the footboard.
I have a silver-gray upholstered headboard (great for reading in bed) & no footboard. I need foot freedom.
Do you have Trader Joes stores? They have these white chocolate candy cane dipped ‘slim’ pretzels that are incredible! They were supposed to go in stocking but didn’t even make it out of the parking lot. Luckily my friend shared in the scarf-fest cuz ‘slim’ means ‘flat’ not low calorie!
No headboard or footboard, I like to sit my bed on the floor, I don’t have to clean under it…LOL, Boxes: Lookfantastic ( from England), Glossybox, Boxycharm, Darby box for my daughter. Have L and WB watch Tom and Jerry, or Scooby Doo, my kids loved those too..
I’m obsessed with peppermint everything. I wish they sold peppermint everything year round! Target had some recipe cards by their seasonal section for some M & M’s Black & White Peppermint Brownies http://goto.target.com/c/92454/81938/2092/r/recipes/m-m-s?-black-white-peppermint-brownies-recipe that looked so good. I baked them for my boyfriend’s birthday. He likes them but I think they’d taste better without the mint extract. If I make them again I will probably skip that and not do the chocolate chips.. but mix Andes baking chips into the brownie mix!

I don’t have a head board or a foot board. We have a king Captain bed with 6 huge drawers (3 on each side). I kind of want to get a headboard but it would look weird because the bed is partly under a window.
I don’t play Trivia Crack, but I do play QuizUp which truly is trivia crack. I go through binges of it where I’ll play it for hours on end and then go without even opening it for weeks.
Ha, if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you know I’m all about the crazy stuff that comes out during the holidays (or any time of year for that matter). I have a love/hate relationship with The Impulsive Buy…too many things I want that aren’t always available in my area!
Headboard but no footboard (we have an antique hope chest at the end of our bed).
I found the Pretzel Crisps at my local Kroger. I bought both bags we had of the white chocolate peppermint & the dark chocolate one. Both bags were gone within the same day. I am not allowed to buy them again. 😉
Last year I went holiday food crazy buying everything from gingerbread granola to pumpkin spice waffles. This year I just am fine with my holiday flavored coffee creamer & that’s it!
