February 2015 Wantable Intimates Subscription Review

Wantable Intimates, who kindly sent me this box to review, is $36/month and sends you 3-4 (it was previously 4-5) premium essentials, hand-picked to perfectly match your preferences.  Items may include flirty panties, sporty tanks, essential camis, cozy socks, stylish tights, and comfy soft bras. They also offer makeup, fitness and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences.  And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. You just go into your account, go to your order history and click “Return Items” and you’ll get a prepaid label and a full refund.

The Box

Wantable ships via DHL Global Mail and takes just under a week to get to me. It starts out with DHL and is then delivered by the Post Office. We didn’t get any mail yesterday (and may not get any today), but I went to the Post Office in the afternoon and picked up a few of my packages.

First Look

The first look? It looked empty. I wondered if they had forgotten something in it to tell you the truth.

Preferences

I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box.  You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike.  You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike.  It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing. I have mentioned it before, but I am still excited about it so I am mentioning it again.  Wantable switched out their questionnaire and now separate out loungewear from lingerie! It drove me crazy that these were in the same category so this is a welcome change.

The Information Card

The February 2015 Wantable Intimates Collection featured pieces to help fresh your intimates wardrobe for Spring. Here is what my package included:

~Third Love Mesh Demi Bra Pink w/ Naked ($48): I think this is very pretty and I absolutely love the colors, but I don’t necessarily love demi bras.  I meant to change my preferences last month and put bras in the “dislike” category because I like to pick my own.

Third Love Mesh Demi Bra Pink w/ Naked

~Dreamwave Pajama ($38): This is a great set.  The bottom is shorts and the top is long-sleeved.  I usually sleep pj pants, not shorts, but I also usually end up SUPER hot when I am sleeping, so I need to make the switch.

Dreamwave Pajama

All totaled I came up with a value of $86 for the February 2015 Wantable box.  I have to say, I am a bit disappointed with this one.  It just seemed a bit empty.  I have gotten Wantable boxes with three items in the past and have been happy with those, but this one seems different.  Maybe it was because two of my items were part of a set?  Hopefully next month is a little more exciting!

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (makeup or accessories or intimates) this month? And if you don’t subscribe, what are you waiting for? There is no risk involved so why not?

Disclosure: This complimentary box was received for review purposes. All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.
