BOXYCHARM March 2015 Subscription Box Review - "Lucky Charm"
BOXYCHARM March 2015 Subscription Box – “Lucky Charm”

BOXYCHARM is a beauty box subscription that surprises you each month with the best beauty products from popular and chic brands. It’s $21/month and includes full size and luxury size beauty samples from their team’s preferred well-known brands.

The Box

BOXYCHARM ships via DHL Global Mail and arrived in just a few days this month.  I tend to get BOXYCHARM boxes fairly quickly which I like.

First Look

I peeked at full spoilers for this one on Instagram (#boxycharm).  I was already excited about it from the spoilers BOXYCHARM released for it (they always release 3 spoilers before boxes ship) and “needed” to know what else it would include.

The Information Card

The March 2015 BOXYCHARM theme was “Lucky Charm” and included the following items:

~Oscar Blandi Hair Pronto Dry Shampoo Spray ($11): I love Oscar Blandi products and I love dry shampoo.  I know not everyone is a fan or dry shampoo, but I swear by it.  If you have dark hair (like I do) just don’t spray it straight into your roots.  Hold it back a few inches!

~OFRA Eyeliner (Black) ($13): I’m not a huge eyeliner person, but I’m going to keep this one.  It’s a nice basic to have and I thought it went on very smoothly and evenly when I tried it.

~LVX Nail Lacquer (Deco) ($16): Polishes sent out were Deco (a vibrant color), Mynt (a cool mint) and Lemondrop (a wispy lemon).  I could;t be happier with the Deco and think it’s a gorgeous color for Spring.  The polish is 5-free and vegan friendly too!

~tarte LipSurgence lip tint (Charmed) ($24): Charmed might actually be a little too pink for me.  I’ll probably just use a little of this and a lot of gloss for a more sheer pink look.

~Previse Nutrify Skin Type 1-6 Universal Tonic ($48): This toner is free of parabens, silicones and other skin clogging ingredients.  You can use it as a barrier between your skin and makeup that may contain some of these items or simply to help with hydration.

All totaled I came up with a value of $112 for the March 2015 BOXYCHARM.  I love BOXYCHARM.  I subscribe to this one on my own (I don’t get it to review) and I am blown away by the value of it every month.  I have zero idea how they do it, but I am consistently impressed.
