It’s always a lot of unboxing with Orange Glad.  Everything is packaged inside a padded flat rate envelope, and then in a cardboard box with a few smaller boxes inside.

The Information Book

The May 2015 Orange Glad  Box included the following items:

~Lemon Pomegranate Brittle by Brooklyn Brittle: This is tasty and was fun to try.  The lemon / pomegranate combination was really good.  Much better than I was anticipating.

~Salted Caramel Apple Cookies by Velvet Rope Bake Shop: I liked these, but for me they could have skipped the dried apples.  I am not sure why, but I have never included sea salt in my cookies.  This makes me want to.

~Orange Chocolate Sandwich Shortbread by Too Moon Shortbread: This was more dense than I expected, but was just as good as I thought it would be.  It’s made in Brooklyn and is described as a “grown-up” cookie which I would totally agree with.

~Petite Brownie Bites by Sugar Bowl Bakery: Delicious!  I like brownies as it is, but these are excellent.  I love that they are bit sized too.  I have tried a few times to make individual brownies in mini muffin tins, but they just don’t turn out like these.

~Maple Shortbread by Vermont Moonlight Cookies: I like the shortbread part of these more than the maple part, but I wouldn’t say no to these with a cup of coffee either.

I never do a cost breakdown on Orange Glad, but it’s one I pay for myself and I like it!  It’s a fun way to try out some new treats and
