Dottiebox is a box curated every month for women. They feature high quality handmade items, small businesses, and indie brands. They offer their standard Dottiebox which is $26/month and a Dottiebox Mini subscription, which is $13/month. This review is for the full-sized Dottiebox and the Dottiebox Mini review will come later on in the month.
Dottiebox ships via USPS First Class Mail and takes just a few days to arrive to me. The full-size Dottiebox generally ships in the first half of the month with the Dottiebox Mini shipping in the later half of the month.
Dottiebox is always filled with such cute surprises. They send out a wide variety of items so you never know quite what you will receive.
The June 2015 Dottiebox included the following items:
~Celestial Creation 4U Bracelet ($15): This is a simple bracelet but i like it. In fact I am wearing it right now.
~Clean Machine Body Co. Body Cream ($3.50): Promenade is a Ginger Verbena scent and is just fabulous. Of all the scents this is the one I would have selected for myself. It’s not too strongly scented or too thick and rubs in easily.
~Spruce and Fresh Cupcake Bath Bomb ($10): I love this! When the giant growing shark and growing crocodile vacate my bathtub I am going to use this. It’s just so cute! I will feel bad “wrecking” it, but that’s the point of it and I do want to use it.
~Jessie & Co. Glass Mosaic Necklace ($30): The information card lists a different maker for the necklace, but it’s actually Jessie & Co. This is another simple piece, but it’s also something I would pick out on my own. Simple, but beautiful.
All totaled I came up with a value of $58.50 for the June 2015 Dottiebox. I think this may be one of the most “valuable” Dottiebox boxes to date? I always enjoy the variety of items they send and like that they so send out items from so many different categories in each box.
