Five Four Club ships via FedEx Smart Post and took about a week to arrive. This is my May shipment, but it actually didn’t ship until 6/1. They didn’t sent any updates about the delay so I am not took sure what happened.
Hmm. I wasn’t sure about this first look. It was for sure some pieces we hadn’t seen before.
B’s May 2015 Five Four Club package contained the following:
~Greenwell ($55): There is a lot going on with this shirt. It’s a lot of good things individually, but all together I don’t like it. The main part of the shirt is like the material you’d expect to find on a button down, but the sides and sleeves are a soft cotton. I am also don’t a fan of the covered buttons on here. This kind of reminds me of a bowling shirt, but just not as cool.
~Potter ($72): Now this one is growing on me. The body of the jacket is the softest nylon ever and the sleeves are a thin fleece type material. It’s very lightweight and will work nicely for chill nights up-north or to wear to the gym.
All totaled I came up with a value of $127 for our May 2015 Five Four Club. This one was kind of a miss for us. I liked the jacket well enough, but I just can’t see how we’ll make that shirt work. But it happens from time to time so we’ll see what next month (well this month) brings us!
