Pennie Post June 2015 Subscription Review

Pennie Post, who kindly sent me this package to review, is a monthly stationary subscription service. Each month you will receive at least 3 stationary items.  More commonly used greeting cards such as thank you notes and birthday cards will be included more often than other greetings. Seasonal cards such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and holiday may also be included during appropriate months.

The Information Card

The June 2015 Pennie Post collection was “Sweets & Eats” and included the following items:

~You’re So Cool Lemon Coaster: I kind of wish they would come out with a full set of these because I love this one so much!  I will totally use it this summer!

~Congratulations Mini Enclosure:  This card would be awesome for baby gift or to attach to a graduation gift.

~Happy Scoops Father’s Day Card: I thought this was a somewhat interesting choice for a Father’s Day card.  I like the ice-cream scoop picture, but it doesn’t really scream Father’s Day to me.

~Rainbow Chard Blank Card: I have never sent a card with chard on it before, but I like it!  And I love that it’s blank so you can use it for anything/

All cards are custom to Pennie Post and work out to be $2.75 per card this month.  Based on prices I have seen on similar items this is more than reasonable and all of the cards are totally unique to Pennie Post which is always a plus.

I love the chard card! I would totally frame it for my kitchen. Maybe it will come up for swap! Did you notice the subtle faces on the ice cream scoops? I think it’s supposed to be a little scoop on top of a big scoop. It totally reminds me of getting rides on my dad’s shoulders when I was a little kid, but that’s just my interpretation!

Oh you are much more creative than I am! I didn’t even think of that! I’ll send you my Chard card! Just email me!

This is what I was thinking for the ice cream card too!
