Wantable Makeup June 2015 Subscription Box Review
Wantable Makeup June 2015 Subscription Box

Wantable offers five different types of subscription boxes. This box is their makeup box, which includes 4 to 5 full-sized premium makeup products, hand-picked to perfectly match your preferences. They also offer intimates, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences.  And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. They recently switched things up a little and allow you to return a portion of your box!  Wantable now lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the Retail Price so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items.  If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $36.

The Box

Wantable ships via DHL Global Mail and took just under a week to arrive.  They are only a state over from me, but that’s how DHL seems to work.  Wantable ships at the same time each month based on when you originally subscribed.  So if you subscribed at the end of the month, your box will always ship at the end of the month.

Preferences

Like I mentioned before (and like I do every month), you can totally customize your Wantable box.  You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike.  You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike.  It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing.  I have had only Eyeliner as a Dislike for a while now and I have been pretty pleased with my boxes.

I recognized some brands from this box, but I didn’t know what all the products in it were.

The Information Card

My June 2015 Wantable Makeup Box contained the following items:

~Chella Water Resistant Black Mascara (Retail $25, Your Price: $10.11): I like Chella products and fresh mascara is always a winner. It lengthened nicely and also wasn’t overly clumpy.  I really need to start marking the dates I get mascara and use it for the first time because I can never keep track. Does anyone do this?  Do you just write on them with a Sharpie?

~Doucce Lush Lip Gloss (Cranberry Delight) (Retail $22, Your Price $8.89): This color doesn’t look like much in the tube, but when I swatched it, wow!  It’s called Cranberry Delight, but I would call it more of a deep coral?

~Au Naturale Organic Creme Highlighter Stick (Retail $32, Your Price: $12.94): You can use this highlighter stick just about anywhere.  Eyes, cheeks, whatever.  It’s a really nice natural color and I love the little shimmer it has in it.

~Terre Mere Mineral Eyeshadow Bronze Tourmaline (Retail $19.95, Your Price: $8.06): This color is super pretty, but also super light.  It’d be best layered on top of another shade (in my opinion).

All totaled my June 2015 Wantable Makeup box had a value of $98.95.  I really liked this box and I thought the prices if you just wanted to keep a few of the items were amazing.  Totally a great box for me.

Do you subscribe to Wantable?  If so, what’d you get in your box (makeup, accessories, intimates, fitness or the new style edit) this month? And if you don’t subscribe, what are you waiting for? There is no risk involved so why not?
