Essentielle Beauty curates the best Korean and other global beauty, skin care and fragrance brands.  They offer monthly Beauty Boxes in the following categories: Simple Skincare Box: $39/month, Deluxe Skincare Box: $55/month, Makeup Box: $39/month, Mystery Box: $36/month, Starter Box: $29/month.  I received the “Mystery Box” for review. It promises to contain a little skincare and a little makeup and some months will contain a new must have discovery.

Essentielle Beauty boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail and take just a few days to arrive.

Since I opted to review the “Mystery Box” I had no idea what to expect.  The first look was great though!  I was impressed.  The box didn’t include an information card, but I guess since it is a Mystery Box, that isn’t too odd.  Here is what the box included:

~Skin Food Black Sugar Strawberry Mask ($7.16): This not only smells amazing but I felt like it left my skin glowing.  It’s making my want to try out the other Skin Food masks!

~Monique Lab The Skin Power Cream ($26.99): This cream is designed to help fight the aging process.  I haven’t been using it long enough to notice any difference, but I am hoping to see some of the benefits of it soon.  It’s supposed to help clear up your skins’ problems too which I need right about now.

~The Face Shop Rice Ceramide Moisture Emulsion (~$8): An information card really would have helped me with this one, because I wasn’t really sure when the best time to use a moisture emulsion is?  According to some information I found online, it can be used by lots of different skin types and makes for a good daytime moisturizer after toner is applies.  The rice extract in it works to “correct skin texture by reducing the appearance of dark spots, freckles, and hyper pigmentation”.  Now that I have located this information I will be giving it a try.

~Coenzyme Q10 by Etude House ($3.65): This mask promises to tighten and firm.  My skin did feel tighter after using it, but I don’t know that it looked any different.  It felt good though.

~Fantastick Lip Crayon ($10.99): This color is bright!  Too bright for me, but if you love bright, bold colors this might be for you!  It goes on smoothly and I thought the staying power was amazing!

All totaled I came up with a value of $56.79 for the Essentielle Beauty Mystery Box.  My prices don’t include shipping, so that’s something to take into account as well.  I loved the variety in this box and thought it was really fun to try a lot of products I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.
